Reiki 2
Reiki 2 has given me a calm sense of empowerment, lowered my anxiety levels. I feel like ”m more in control fo my emotions, and i feel I will be able to help family & friends who may need healing alongside other treatments.
I feel more connected to earth/spirit, higher self maybe?
I’s like to explore more into Reiki in the future.
