Private groups or individual one-to-one tuition up to Reiki Master level can be arranged as required in convenient venues across Cheshire and North Staffs.
Reiki is safe, simple and gentle, non-intrusive, hands-on healing technique for use on yourself and others. It is learned and practiced by anyone with a sincere desire for improved health and well-being. It is the safest and simplest of natural healing methods and yet can bring profound emotional, physical and spiritual relief without using pressure, manipulation or massage.

Some other uses for Reiki
Reiki can be used many ways in your day-to-day living – below are a few suggestions. Use your Reiki often and discover new uses as you go along. Animals seem to be more sensitive to Reiki and respond well to it. Just place your hands where it feels right or where the pet takes you, and have the intention for the Reiki to work for the greatest good. The animal will move off when it has had enough.
Reiki can be used to encourage healthy plant growth. Apply to the leaves or around the pot for the roots, and have the intention that the Reiki should flow. Feel the sensations.
Use reiki to remove negative energy from food and drink, and to reduce the effects of any additives.
Reiki is a good way to cleanse any crystals you have. Hold the crystal between your hands and intend the Reiki to cleanse it of any negative energy and to enhance its healing abilities.
