Reiki has given me more of an understanding of my higher self and helped me to understand the experiences that I have felt for years. It has helped me to understand the powers of meditation and more than that, the proof of who have been looking after me in my life.

Having the belief that we are all here for a reason is more apparent now and I feel more confident with myself and at peace with universe.

The seaside has always been my safe haven and energy building place and negative release for me for years. It is more powerful now than ever and I didn’t realise that it could get any stronger but it has, and my path has changed within myself.

I have gained stronger friendships and thanks you for the wonders of Reiki and our Reiki Master Eileen to give us a special gift.
