I came to the Reiki class feeling very fragmented after a long period of time when all the certainlties of my life had been turned upside down and seemingly devalued.
It hasn’t been an easy pathway, but i feel much more centred and grounded, with much more sense of self, and re-tuned into the ‘spirit of the place’ in the landscapes i want to be in (both mental and physical).
