Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle but powerful massage, which works on the lymphatic system. This is an advanced therapy using a range of specialized and gentle rhythmical techniques to move the skin in the direction of the lymph flow.
Lymph is a clear, slightly yellow fluid that flows around the body, carrying cells and antibodies to your tissues and organs, it is essential to your immune system and helps you fight infection.
Pre Conception & Fertility:
The lymphatic system also plays a key role in the circulation of hormones. If it is not functioning well, this can
delay the circulation of fertility hormones (lymphatic statis) which means there is little movement.
